If the sale fails

If the minimum raise is not reached, contributors are eligible for permissionless refunds. Refunds require an on-chain action; they are not automatic. Gas fees are not refunded.

Initial allocations, not guaranteed circulating shares

One billion HOODED is the initial supply ceiling, not a promise of one billion circulating tokens. Up to 400M tokens are available in the sale and up to 150M are reserved for liquidity. Unsold sale tokens are burned after settlement; unused liquidity tokens are burned during successful finalization. Actual supply and distribution depend on the sale outcome.

Vested community grants — 50M HOODED

The 5% allocation is labeled creatorAllocationBps in the generic contract interface. For HOODED, the production preparation code assigns its vesting beneficiary to the DAO timelock, not the founder wallet. It specifies 730 days of contract-enforced linear vesting, with no separate cliff after the configured start. Final deployed beneficiary, start and duration still require verification.

This is not an unrestricted personal founder allocation. The grant-recipient selection process and final recipient list have not been published here; those details remain outstanding before release clearance.

Founder Heroes and membership

The approved plan reserves ten free Recruit Heroes, IDs 1–10, for the founder. They are immediately transferable after mint and provide no additional votes or reward weight. Of the 3,000 total Heroes, 2,990 remain for public minting. This describes the commitment, not verified live ownership.

Holding 25,000 HOODED grants preview access only. Owning a Genesis Hero is the full Society membership gate.
